Returns

Not happy with your pickle? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It needs to be in the shape it arrived in.

Email us at picklejump12@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the return address. You pay the return postage.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within a week of the pickle getting back to us.

Broken on arrival

If your pickle arrives broken, email us a photo within 7 days and we will send a new one. No need to send the broken one back.
